Discount Card

CRAFT card policy

CRAFT issues discount cards on request to people on benefit and low income. The purpose of the discount is to keep prices of basic household items particularly low for people in need. It entitles holders to 25% off the cost of eligible items (this does not include electrical, computer or bikes). If you think you may qualify please ask at a till point where staff will be delighted to help.

The discount is entirely self-funded by CRAFT, so an item priced at £20 will sell for £15 to the holder of a discount card and the £5 difference will not be covered by any other source.

Eligible items include:

· Basic furniture and household items
· Delivery costs

Ineligible items include:

· Electrical equipment
· Antiques and collectables
· Premium furniture
· Bike Shop items and services
· Computer items and services

Points to note

· The discount is based on the original marked price. It cannot be used in addition to any special offer prices, including markdowns.
· The card can only be used for items for the personal use of the cardholder, partner or dependant relatives.
